Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. We currently ship within India only. Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation, and estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, our team actively tracks every order. If you haven't received your order within 15 days, please raise a complaint at aishwarya.mybusiness@gmail.com and we will look into it on priority. We're proud to say we have a 100% delivery rate.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you received is damaged or defective.

To raise a damaged product claim: An unboxing video is mandatory — please record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process your claim. Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by reaching out to us at aishwarya.mybusiness@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7305610534. Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, products without an unboxing video as proof of damage, and digital products under any circumstances are non-returnable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
