General

We are a ecommerce business based in India selling physical planners, journals, and digital products. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to update our prices and product listings at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Once your order is placed and payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation immediately. A second confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

In the rare case that we need to cancel your order due to a pricing error or stock unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Refund timelines may vary depending on bank holidays in India. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. All digital files are for personal use only and cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed. Any misuse of digital products will result in appropriate legal action.

Intellectual Property

All our product designs, content, and branding belong to us. Reproduction or resale of our products without written permission is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
